Free & Easy Returns

Returns to Salsa Jeans are free and simple to make.

If you need to return an item, you can:

  • Visit any nearby Salsa Jeans store in the UAE, OR
  • Register your return online within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you've registered your return online, the next step is to hand over the item to the courier during collection. All returns within the UAE are free of charge.

Note: Delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) service fees are non-refundable. Returned items must meet our return policy criteria. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be rejected.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and perfumes are not eligible for return.

How to Register a Return Online

I Have an Account
  1. Sign in to your Salsa Jeans account.
  2. Select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click "Create a Return".
  4. Select item(s) and reason for return. Click “Next Step”.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and confirm your return.
  6. You will receive a return case number and email confirmation.
  7. Contact Customer Service to arrange a courier pickup.
  8. Tick ​​the items you're returning on both return notes.
  9. Pack items in original packaging with one return note inside.
  10. Give the second return note to the courier for proof of pickup.
  11. COD refunds will be issued as a Gift Certificate (not cash).
I Do Not Have an Account
  1. Go to “Order and Return Status” and enter your order number and email.
  2. Accept the terms and conditions and click “Next Step”.
  3. You'll receive a return case number and email confirmation.
  4. Contact Customer Service to arrange pickup.
  5. Tick ​​the items you're returning on both return notes.
  6. Pack items in the original packaging with one return note inside.
  7. Give the second return note to the courier for proof of pickup.
  8. Refunds for card payments (excluding delivery/COD fees) will be processed within 4–5 working days to your original payment method.
  9. COD refunds will be issued via Gift Certificate only.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange your item in-store for one of the same or higher value.

  • Card Payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as a Gift Certificate or a direct cash refund at the store.

Online Returns

For online orders, we currently only offer returns (no exchanges).

  • Card Payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 4–5 working days after the return is received and approved.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as a Gift Certificate to use on your next order.

Note: Delivery charges and COD service fees are non-refundable.

Product Return Policy

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • Must include all original Salsa Jeans packaging (boxes, tags, etc.).
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may be rejected.
  • Clothing should not show signs of makeup, perfume, or wear beyond trying on.
  • Shoes must be returned without marks on soles or boxes.
  • All items are inspected before shipment. If your item is damaged on arrival, contact us within 24 hours.
