Returns to Salsa Jeans are free and simple to make. If you need to return an item, you can visit any nearby Salsa Jeans store in the UAE or register your return online within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) service fees are non-refundable. Returned items must meet our return policy requirements and may be rejected if they are not in acceptable condition.

How to Register a Return Online

  1. Sign in to your Salsa Jeans account.
  2. Select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click Create a Return.
  4. Select item(s) and reason for return. Click Next Step.
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and confirm your return.
  6. You will receive a return case number and email confirmation.
  7. Contact Customer Service to arrange a courier pickup.
  8. Tick the items you are returning on both return notes.
  9. Pack items in original packaging with one return note inside.
  10. Give the second return note to the courier for proof of pickup.
  11. COD refunds will be issued as a Gift Certificate only.

  8. Refunds for card payments, excluding delivery and COD fees, will be processed within 4–5 working days to your original payment method.
  9. COD refunds will be issued via Gift Certificate only.

You can exchange your item in-store for one of the same or higher value.

  • Card Payments: refunded to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded as a Gift Certificate or a direct cash refund at the store.

For online orders, we currently offer returns only and not exchanges.

  • Card Payments: refunded to the original payment method within 4–5 working days after the return is received and approved.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded as a Gift Certificate to use on your next order.

Note: delivery charges and COD service fees are non-refundable.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original Salsa Jeans packaging, including boxes and tags, must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may be rejected.
  • Clothing should not show signs of makeup, perfume, or wear beyond trying on.
  • Shoes must be returned without marks on soles or boxes.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and perfumes are not eligible for return.
  • All items are inspected before shipment. If your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours.
